Walker Information is always looking for good people, and you can help!

Research has shown that new hires who come into a company through employee referrals are excellent contributors, stay with the company longer and are more cost-effective recruits. That’s where you come in! If you know someone who would be a good addition to Walker, you may be awarded a referral bonus of $1,000.00 (less taxes) if you refer a candidate and he or she is hired and completes 90 days of service.

Employees must refer candidates to Human Resources by using the attached candidate referral form.

Quarterly Drawing

Want more prizes? At the end of each quarter, we will hold a drawing for a valuable prize. For every qualified referral you make during the quarter, your name will be entered in the drawing.

Program Rules

• Who can make a referral? All Walker employees, except those at vice president level and above, Human Resources personnel, and managers with hiring authority over the referred candidates, are eligible for the referral bonus and quarterly drawing.
• What positions are eligible for referral bonus? Any current opening listed on the Walker career page with the exception of internships.
• The referral must represent the candidate’s first contact with Walker. Clients, career fair candidates, temporary, summer, contract and former employees of Walker are not eligible candidates for referral awards.
• How do I refer someone? An employee must submit a referral to Human Resources with a candidate referral form and a resume or employment application.
• The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for payment.
• All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with company policies and procedures.
• All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
• The referring employee must be actively employed with Walker on the day the referral bonus is paid and on the day the quarterly prize drawing is conducted.
• Interpretation of the program rules are at the discretion of Walker Information Human Resources department
• How soon would I receive the payment? All referral bonus payments will be paid as soon as administratively feasible 90 days after the referred employee’s first day of employment at Walker.
• Is there a cap to how many employees’ I can refer? NO, there is no referral cap. We do ask that you keep in mind that this program is provided to help employee’s refer candidates that they truly believe will meet Walker’s mission.
• Walker Information reserves the right to make changes to the program at any time.
