Zoom AI Companion

BEST PRACTICES:

Never send client summary without proofreading: These summaries should always be proofread to ensure information is correct and nothing said personally is included.
Warn client before turning on: All attendees will be notified when the Zoom AI Companion is turned on during the meeting. Please warn the clients so there is no confusion as to what popped up on their screen. Also, some clients may not want the AI Companion turned on.
We encourage to turn on for all meetings: Not only is this tool helpful for late participants as it can catch them up without disrupting the meeting, but some users are already using it for their own records. For example, one person keeps them so they can look back and see if something has already been covered with the client.
