Client Email Templates

The email templates below can be used for client projects and have been tested for cross-client compatibility. All templates are mobile responsive and dark-mode compatible. 

Note on NPS and Satisfaction Templates

In order to provide compatibility for Microsoft Outlook, VML objects must be used to create a fully clickable button. This means that there are two places within the code for each button to set the URL and text descriptions. Make certain both URLs for each button is properly set or incorrect data could be recorded.

Email Header Banner Template

The email header template is a PowerPoint template file that will assist in creating a properly formatted image required for the email header. Instructions are included within the notes section of the template. Note: you will need to turn on “Guides” and “Notes” to use the template properly. Once open in PowerPoint, click on the “View” panel, then check the “Guides” option, and click on the “Notes” button to view the instructions.
